Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview of Workshop Enrollment

Because all laboratory workshops and diagnostic clinics at Future Bridge Hub are strictly capped at 4 to 6 participants per session to guarantee dedicated workbench instrument access, each reserved seat prevents other applicants from booking that date.

2. Cancellation Windows & Deposit Refunds

If you need to cancel your workshop enrollment, refund eligibility is determined by the number of calendar days between your written cancellation notice and your scheduled cohort start date:

• 14 or More Days Prior to Workshop Start: Full 100% refund of your reservation deposit, or 100% credit transfer to any future open cohort date.
• 7 to 13 Days Prior to Workshop Start: 50% refund of your reservation deposit, or 100% credit transfer to another scheduled cohort within 6 months.
• Less Than 7 Days Prior to Workshop Start: Reservation deposits are non-refundable due to pre-purchased lab consumables and reserved bench instruments. However, you may transfer your enrollment to another qualified individual or reschedule to a future open date with a 50,000 KRW administrative re-booking fee.

3. 1-on-1 Space Audits & Blueprint Consultations

For private residential thermal and acoustic space audits:

• Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled evaluation session are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Once the in-person space assessment has taken place and CAD blueprint generation has commenced, consultation fees are non-refundable as customized engineering work has been delivered.

4. Workshop Rescheduling by Future Bridge Hub

In the rare event that a workshop session must be postponed by Future Bridge Hub due to extreme weather, facility power interruption, or instructor illness, participants will be offered the choice of:

• A full 100% cash refund of all tuition and deposits paid; or
• Priority transfer to the next available workshop date with a complimentary 50,000 KRW lab consumables credit.

5. No-Shows and Safety Violations

Participants who fail to attend their registered session without prior written notice (“no-show”) forfeit their entire tuition and deposit. Additionally, participants removed from the laboratory facility for egregious safety code violations (such as intentionally energizing uninspected high-voltage drops) are not eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Processing Method and Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment (bank wire transfer or electronic payment) within five (5) to seven (7) business days of written confirmation from our administration office.
