1. Educational Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the website located at future-bridgehub.click and your enrollment in or attendance at in-person workshops, clinics, and consultations offered by Future Bridge Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”), registered in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

All services provided by Future Bridge Hub are strictly educational and technical training programs. We provide instruction in electrical safety calculations, thermodynamic airflow balancing, acoustic noise reduction, and electronics diagnostic procedures.

2. Educational Nature; No Financial or Investment Advice

Future Bridge Hub does not provide cryptocurrency investment, trading, portfolio management, or financial advisory services. All discussions regarding hardware hashrates, power draw, and efficiency metrics (Joules per Terahash) serve solely as illustrative engineering parameters for electrical load and heat dissipation calculations.

3. Laboratory Safety & Conduct Rules

During in-person laboratory sessions at our Gimpo facility:

• Participants must strictly adhere to all instructor safety directives, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including ESD safety wristbands and eye protection when handling live circuits.
• Participants must not energize experimental circuits or high-voltage lines (220V/30A) without direct instructor inspection and approval.
• We reserve the right to remove any individual from a workshop without refund if their actions endanger themselves, fellow participants, or lab equipment.

4. Intellectual Property

All workshop workbooks, blueprint calculation spreadsheets, CAD templates, technical schematics, and website text published by Future Bridge Hub remain our proprietary intellectual property. Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-commercial license to use these materials for their own private installations.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we provide accurate formulas in accordance with recognized electrical codes and physical laws, electrical wiring in private residences or facilities must comply with local municipal codes and be performed or inspected by certified, licensed electricians. Future Bridge Hub assumes no liability for property damage, fire, equipment failure, or injury resulting from private installations undertaken by participants outside our supervised laboratory.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea). Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
