Step 1: Space & Electrical Panel Audit
Assess ambient volume, structural walls, existing electrical service entrance, subpanel capacity, and external airflow pathways.
Step 2: Heat Load & CFM Calculation
Calculate total BTUs produced per hour, sizing dedicated exhaust louvers, intake dampening, and dust filtration to keep intake temperatures under 28°C.
Step 3: Acoustic Baffle & Blueprint Delivery
Deliver a complete tailored blueprint including recommended materials, fan models, sound silencer geometry, and electrical safety checklist.
